O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed for a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records from the first respondent pertaining to his impugned order dated 17.03.2016 made in Na.Ka.No.320/2016/A1 and quash the condition Nos.7 and 8.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that pursuant to the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD).No.5419 of 2016 dated 18.03.2016, the police are https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ permitting the petitioner to conduct Valli Thirumanam Drama up to 2.00 a.m. on certain other conditions specified in the proceedings of the

returning Officer, Madurai, Usilampatti dated 19.03.2016.

3. Under such circumstances, the respondent police are directed to issue fresh permission to the petitioner in terms of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD).No.5419 of 2016 dated 18.03.2016 and the proceedings of the returing Officer dated 19.03.2016. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
