ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to quash the FIR registered in Crime No.4 of 2020 on the file of the first respondent police.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today (i.e17.02.2021), the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has filed counter affidavit stating that the investigation in connection with the Crime No.4 of 2020 has already been completed and the final report has been submitted for the approval of DVAC Headquarters. 3.At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he may be permitted to withdraw the case with liberty to challenge the charge sheet and also made an endorsement in the main petition to that effect. CRL.O.P.(MD).No.15936 of 2020 4.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition for challenging the final report yet to be filed by the first respondent.
