ORDER

The instant contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 28.04.2025 passed in WMP(MD).No.2836 of 2025 in W.P.(MD)No. 3912 of 2025.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented before this Court that as against the order of this Court, dated 28.04.2025 passed in WMP(MD).No.2836 of 2025 in W.P.(MD)No. 3912 of 2025, a writ appeal in WA(MD)No.1994 of 2025 has been preferred by the State, which was also allowed by the Division Bench of this Court.
