ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble G.R.Swaminathan J.) Contending that the direction given by this court has not been complied with, this contempt petition came to be filed. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that Section 7 Notice was issued on 01.08.2025 and that order under Section 6 of the Land Encroachment Act was passed on 01.09.2025. It is seen that the encroacher had filed an appeal before the District Collector under Section 10 of the Act. In these circumstances, contempt is not made out.
