Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner is permitted to submit a proper application before the third respondent seeking issuance of separate patta. As and when such an application is received, the third respondent shall give a disposal on merits and in accordance with law and pass final order within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The third respondent shall put the interested persons on notice before passing final order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.

3.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
