ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by N. KIRUBAKARAN, J.] The petitioner has come before this Court, challenging the order dated 12.02.2019, passed by the second respondent, by which, the petitioner was directed to remove the encroachment in the water body.
2. Heard Mr.B.Saravanan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Murugan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. The impugned order has been issued in the year 2019. There is already a direction issued by this Court in W.P.(MD) No.13518 of 2017 to remove the encroachment. Pursuant to the direction of this Court, inspection was conducted and 24 encroachments has been identified including the encroachment made by the petitioner and after giving notice, all the encroachers have been removed including the petitioner. Since action had been taken by the respondents pursuant to the direction of this Court, the same cannot be found fault with.
4. In view of that, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
