ORDER
The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the second respondent to give joint patta in the name of the petitioner and his brothers by considering his representation dated 26.06.2025.
2. According to the petitioner, the property described in the schedule to the representation was settled in favour of the petitioner and his brother by his father. Later, the right of the petitioner and his brother was affirmed by the Civil Court in O.S.No.134/2000. On the strength of the said civil Court decree, the petitioner submitted a representation before the third respondent on 26.06.2025, seeking issuance of joint patta in the name of the petitioner and his brother. The same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.
3. Learned Additional Government Pleader who takes notice for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has not submitted online application seeking issuance of patta.
4. In view of the same, the petitioner is directed to submit online application along with supporting documents for issuance of joint patta within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On submission of online application, the third respondent to consider the same and pass final orders on its own merits within a further period of eight weeks, after issuing notice to the petitioner and other interested parties.
5. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
