ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/2nd accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.213 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused persons said to have threatened the defacto complainant with dire consequences and also attacked him and caused injury. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He would further submit that this is the fifth anticipatory bail application. Earlier applications were dismissed and disposed of by this Court. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that inspite of repeated dismissal of the application, the petitioner has not surrendered either before the concerned Court or before the respondent Police. The petitioner is having 5 previous cases and is a History Sheeted.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that already there was a direction to the petitioner to surrender either before the concerned Court or before the respondent Police, and also the bad antecedent of this petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
