Seeking to quash the summon issued by the Inspector of Police, Anti Land Grapping Special Cell, Karuru District, first respondent herein, in 01.C.No.115/ALGSC/KRR/2021, on 27.09.2021, the present Criminal Original Petition is filed.

2. Mr.K.Sanjai Gandhi, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent, on instructions, would contend that the petitioner and the second respondent appeared before the first respondent Inspector of Police and after enquiring both the parities, the first respondent Inspector of Police closed C.No.

115/Pet/SP/CAMP/Karur/2021 [01.C.No.115/ALGSC/KRR/2021], on 09.02.2022 and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present Criminal Original Petition.
