ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that based upon the complaint given by one Vaitheswari, enquiry was undertaken by the respondent police.

2. During the course of enquiry, both the parties appeared before the Enquiry Officer and they have given a statement that they agreed to perform the marriage between the petitioner and the defacto complainant on 13.07.2023.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the marriage was performed between the petitioner and the defacto complainant on 13.07.2023 and he has also produced the marriage certificate before this Court.

4. In view of the above said subsequent development, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
