The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondent to pay the EMD withheld amount and security deposit as per the petition dated 01.08.2015 with interest.

2.It is seen that the petitioner has made a representation on 01.08.2015 before the respondent seeking for the very same relief. 3.Considering the fact that the petitioner has already approached the respondent and made a representation on 01.09.2015 and without expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, I only direct the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
