ORDER

An affidavit of undertaking has been filed by the petitioner/tenant, undertaking to vacate the premises on or before 31.03.2022. The affidavit of undertaking is taken on file and the Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of on the basis of the undertaking. It is needless to state that the tenant shall continue to pay the rents without any default and in case of single default, it is open to the respondent/landlord to initiate proceedings for executing the order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
