O R D E R

The Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to implement the order passed by the third respondent in Na.Ka.No.100/2023/A3, dated 21.12.2023 and to effect necessary changes in the revenue records by considering the Petitioner's representations dated 22.7.2024 and 23.12.2024. 2.Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 to 4. By consent of both parties,the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.According to the Petitioner, free house site patta issued in favour of 26 persons in respect of the land in S.No.224/3 in Kinnimangalam Village, Thirumangalam Taluk, Madurai District was cancelled by the second respondent in his proceedings, dated 26.7.2023. Subsequently, third respondent passed an order on 2/6

21.12.2023 directing the concerned revenue officials to effect changes in the revenue records. Inspite of the same, till date changes are not effected in the revenue records, restoring the name of Government. Therefore, the Petitioner submitted a representation on 23.12.2024 before the first respondent seeking implementation of the order passed by the second respondent and mutation of revenue records by deleting the names of the assignees, whose assignments were already cancelled. The said representation has not been considered till date. Hence the Petitioner is before this Court with the present Writ Petition for the relief stated supra.

4.The learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that taking advantage of the revenue records in their names, assignees whose assignments were cancelled, are attempting to alienate the property to third parties. Therefore, the Petitioner submitted the above representation and the same has not been considered till date.

5.Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 4 would submit that the representation submitted by the Petitioner will be considered on its own merits within the time stipulated by this Court. 3/6

6.In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the the merits of the matter, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the Petitioner, dated 23.12.2024 and pass final orders on its own merits, within a period of 4 weeks from the date of a copy of this order.

7.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
