2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent has represented that already investigation in this case was completed and charge sheet also filed and the same was taken on file in P.R.C.No.43 of 2023 by the Special Court for Mines and Minerals Act Cases, Kanyakumari District.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and considering the fact that no materials available before this Court in respect of final report, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report.
