Mrn 2.On the side of the prosecution, it is stated that a chargesheet was filed on 20.06.2021 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Trichy, and the same is yet to be taken on file.

3.In view of the submission made by the prosecution and since chargesheet was already filed, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. The respondent police is hereby directed to rectify the mistakes in the chargesheet and to resubmit the same within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
