Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.M.PRABU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition 7(iv) imposed upon the petitioner that pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- to the defacto complainant and his child per month in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9350 of 2024, dated 26.06.2024. 2.Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3.Considering the submissions made by both sides, the condition 7(iv) imposed 1/3

upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9350 of 2024, dated 26.06.2024, is hereby deleted. All other conditions in the said order, dated 26.06.2024, shall remain unaltered.
