Order : This criminal miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.PANDIAN M, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl. side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit to comply with the condition prescribed in the order in Crl.O.P(MD) No.11273 of 2023 dated 23.06.2023. 1/3

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seek time to comply the conditions, since there was an error in the petition that was filed for anticipatory bail by the petitioner and that was also reflected in the order copy. So, the petitioner is unable to comply the conditions within the stipulated time prescribed by this Court.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order in Crl.O.P(MD) No.11273 of 2023 is extended further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
