This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.82 of 2021 on the Additional Mahila Court, Tirunelveli.

2.The defacto complainant/Lavanya is present before this Court in person. She has been duly identified by Mrs.S.Florence Tamil Selvi, WHC 1688 attached to first respondent police station. The parties have filed a joint memo of compromise. The defacto complainant has no objection for quashing the impugned proceedings. It is a matrimonial complaint. Crl.O.P(MD)No.17855 of 2021 prosecution alive. The impugned proceedings are quashed and the criminal original petition is allowed.
