C O M M O N O R D E R These criminal original petitions have been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation and file the final report in Crime Nos.152 and 123 of 2021.

2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that though the cases have been registered in the year 2021, till now the respondent police have not filed the final reports and therefore, the petitioners are still being shown as accused in Crime Nos.152 and 123 of 2021. He further submits that the petitioners are innocent and have not committed any offence. Due to previous motive, these cases have been foisted against them.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that the investigation in both the cases have almost been completed. However, the respondent police are waiting for valuation report from the Revenue Divisional Officer concerned, therefore, the final reports are not filed. He further submits that in any event, the final 3/5
