ORDER

The petitioner has submitted an application before the third respondent on 26.06.2023 for surveying his land. Since the said application has not been considered so far, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

2. Ms.D.Farjana Ghoushia, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents, submits that the petitioner's land is a joint patta land. After ascertaining the other pattadars, the respondents would conduct survey within a stipulated time. 2/4

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to ascertain whether any request has been received from other pattadars and after ascertaining the same, complete the survey process within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
