RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon this petitioner in Crl.OP(MD)No.8752 of 2023 dated 17.05.2023 that the petitioner shall before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am for a period of three months and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.VIGNESH.N, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8752 of 2023 on 17.05.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly.
