ORDER

The petitioner has filed three applications in W.P.(MD)Nos.17008, 17009 and 17020 of 2023 seeking permission to perform the cultural Programme i.e., Adal Padal. This Court by way of orders in W.P(MD)Nos.17008 and 17009 of 2023 dated 14.07.2023 has permitted the organizers to conduct the Adal Padal Programme on 15.07.2023 and 16.07.2023.

2. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State and the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and since the permission has been granted for two days i.e., on 15.07.2023 and 16.07.2023 as per orders in W.P(MD)Nos.17008 and 17009 of 2023, this petition seeking permission for conducting third Programme is declined.
