For Respondent : Mr.M.Karunanithi, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR MODIFICATION Under Sec.528 of BNSS PRAYER :- To modify the condition No.7(c) imposed in Crl.OP(MD).No.10305 of 2025 dated 20.06.2025.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to modify the condition No.7(c) imposed in Crl.OP (MD).No.10305 of 2025 dated 20.06.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has filed an bail petition before this Court on 17.06.2025 in Crl.OP.(MD).No.10305 of 2025. The said bail petition was heard and on 20.06.2025, this Hon'ble Court was pleased to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. In the said bail order, Condition No.7(c) as follows:

''(c). The petitioner shall stay at Erode District and sign before the Inspector of Police, Erode Town Police Station, Erode District daily twice at 10.00a.m., and 05.00p.m. until further orders.''

3. He further submits that this petitioner has sustained injury in the left leg and this petitioner sustained compound fracture in his left leg. Now, the petitioner is taking treatment and the doctors advised him to not walk and take complete bed rest. Therefore, the petitioner seek indulgence of this court by modifying the said condition imposed against him. Hence, he prays to allow the present modification petition.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent has also fairly concede the submissions of the learned Counsel for the petitioner and he has not raised any objection to allow this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.

5. Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and being satisfied with the reasons stated above, this Court is inclined to modify the Condition No.7(c) in the order made in Crl.O.P(MD).No.10305 of 2025 dated 20.06.2025. Accordingly, Condition No.7(c) is modified as ''(c). The petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation'' . The other conditions shall remain unaltered.

6. With the above said modification, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
