ORDER

The petitioners have approached this court to quash the proceedings pending against them in STC.No.533 of 2025 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvadanai, Ramanathapuram District. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners by referring to the first information report and the statement made by the victim submits that according to the victim, the accused are said to have assaulted on the back of the victim with stick. However, there is no corresponding injury noted by the doctor. He has also referred to the accident register and submits that the defacto complainant is said to have sustained abrasion on right leg. With this injury the case has been foisted as if the accused assaulted the defacto complainant on the back with stick. 3.The grounds raised by the petitioner are matter for trial. If there is no corresponding injury, it can be appreciated during the trial. Therefore, this court is not inclined to quash the proceedings on the grounds raised by the petitioner.

4.Leaving it open to the petitioner to raise all these grounds before the trial Court, this petition is closed. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
