This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.151 of 2019 pending on the file of the respondent police.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would state that though the petitioner came up with larger prayer, it would be suffice, if the respondent is directed to file the final report, within a time frame.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent, on instructions, would submit that the respondent police has been investigating the case and he prays two months time for filing Final Report.

4.Considering the submissions, the respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file the Final Report in Crime No.151 of 2019, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
