For Petitioner : Mr.I.Kalanthar For R1 to R3 : Mr.B.Thanga Aravindh Government Advocate (Crl.Side) O RDER This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking for a direction to the third respondent Police not to harass the petitioner on a complaint given by the fourth respondent.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that on a false complaint given by the fourth respondent, the petitioner has appeared number of times before the third respondent Police. However, the respondents Police are still calling the petitioner and harassing her.

3. The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondents Police submits that basing on the representation made by the fourth respondent, enquiry was conducted and a case has been registered against the petitioner in Crime No.7 of 2023 for the offence punishable under Sections 417, 376, 294(b) and 506(ii) of IPC. 2/4

4. Since the purpose for which the petitioner was being called to the Police Station in respect of a complaint given by the fourth respondent which ultimately culminated in registration of the FIR, no further order is required to be passed.
