Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to survey and fix the boundaries of the petitioner's land being survey number 157/7A2 with an extent of 0.58.50 Ares situated at Sathiyamangalam Village,
Kulithalai Taluk, Karur District, with the aid of the 3rd respondent, based on the petitioner's application, dated 07.03.2025. For Petitioner :

ORDER
The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to survey and fix the boundaries of his property situated in Survey No.157/7A2 with an extent of 0.58.50 Ares, at Sathiyamangalam Village, Kulithalai Taluk, Karur District, by considering his application, dated 07.03.2025.
2. According to the petitioner, the subject property was originally purchased by his father Natarajan. His father died on 22.01.2011. Thereafter, the revenue records were mutated in favour of the legal heirs of Natarajan, including the petitioner, in Patta No.2704. Now, the petitioner, as a co-owner, filed an application on 07.03.2025, in application No.2025/0123/14/003611, seeking survey of the property. The same has not been considered. Hence, he has come before this Court.
3. Government Advocate, appearing for Respondents No.1 and 2, would submit that the application submitted by the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.
4. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, respondents 1 and 2 are directed to consider the application of the petitioner, dated 07.03.2025, and pass final orders on its own merits within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after issuing notice to petitioner, fourth respondent, and other copattadars in Patta No.2704.
5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. 04.07.2025 NCC :
