This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for directing the respondent to file Final Report in Crime No.778 of 2020. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would state that the FIR in Crime No.778 of 2020 is pending, without filing the final report till date.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent, on instructions, would submit that the respondent police is investigating the case and he prays two months time for filing Final Report.

4.Considering the submission, the respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file the Final Report in Crime No.778 of 2020, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the aforesaid direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
