ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to give a police protection for the petitioner's life and limb as well as to administrate the trust namely Veemini Pallivasal Trust, based on the representation dated 06.12.2020, in accordance with law.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner herein is a trustee in Veemini Pallivasal Trust. The private respondents disturbed the trust members to do their work and had been continuously creating problems. Hence, the petitioner sent a representation to the first respondent on 06.12.2020 seeking police protection for the petitioner's life and limb as well as to the administration of the trust namely Veemini Pallivasal Trust. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first and second respondents, on instructions, would submit that based on the petitioner's representation, the second respondent initiated an enquiry in C.S.R.No.412 of 2020, dated 16.12.2020 and the same is pending.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the first and second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 06.12.2020 and take suitable action by offering opportunity to the private respondents herein, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
