This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent police to conduct enquiry on petitioner's complaint, dated 27.09.2021 and protect her life and limb by removing the branches and stems of amla trees running over petitioner 100 years old building.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondents submitted that on 29.08.2016 the petitioner has given previous complaint and in the said complaint enquiry has been conducted and closed. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that a fresh complaint has been given by the petitioner on 27.09.2021. 2/4

4.The learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents further submitted that there is no such complaint, dated 27.09.2021 is available with the respondents. The submission is recorded.
