ORDER
The petitioners are working as Shop Supervisors in TASMAC Shop Nos.7912 in Thanjavur District. On an inspection conducted by the flying squad on 29.10.2011, there were shortage of certain amount for which they were placed under suspension on the same day. Pursuant to the same, a charge memo was issued on 23.01.2013 and explanation was also submitted to the first respondent. As there was no further progress, W.P(MD) Nos.1335 to 1337 of 2015 have been filed and the same was disposed of directing the second respondent to complete the enquiry proceedings within three months. Thereafter, based on the report of the enquiry officer, the petitioners were dismissed from service. Challenging the said order, appeals were preferred before the first respondent by the petitioners on 03.10.2015. On 12.10.
2015, notice of hearing was issued to the petitioners to appear before him on 19.10.2015. On receipt of such notice, they have appeared before him and they were instructed to file a written statement. Thereafter, there was no response from the appellate authority. In such circumstances, the petitioners have come up with the above writ petitions.
2.Considering the above stated facts and circumstances and without expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioners, the writ petitions are disposed of, directing the first respondent to dispose https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
