ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Section 147, 294(b), 342, 323, 365 and 506(2) IPC, in Crime No.366 of 2020, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

3.This is the second anticipatory bail petition. Earlier, the petitioner has filed a anticipatory petition in Crl.O.P(MD)No.11912 of 2020 and the same was dismissed on 02.11.2020. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

4. Taking into consideration the fact that there is no change in circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
