This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking direction to the Respondent Nos.1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 28.06.2022 and to take suitable action against the respondents 4 to 6 and his men for the act of excommunicated the petitioner, his family members and the person those who performed inter cast marriages and allow them to participate the festival of Nallur Bhagavathi Amman temple by receiving tax called Thalaikattu Vari and to give a quietus to the issue permanently.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the 3rd respondent/The Tahsildar, Ponnamaravathi Taluk, Pudukkottai District, is hereby directed to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 28.06.2022 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of Four weeks from the receipt of copy of the order. 5.With the above observation, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No cost.
