O R D E R

This Writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner on 15.12.2015 within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

2.By consent, the Writ petition itself is taken of for final disposal. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsels appearing for the respondents. 3.The only grievance of the petitioner is that even though an appeal has been preferred on 15.12.2015 and the same has been received by the authorities concerned on 16.12.2015 till date the same has not been considered and disposed of. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the 1st respondent would submit that the appeal will be considered and disposed of in accordance with law as per seniority. 5.Taking note of the limited prayer sought for in this Writ petition, the 1st respondent will pass appropriate orders on the appeal dated 15.12.2015 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
