ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 24.06.2023 and dispose of the same on merits, within the time stipulate by this Court. 2.By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
3.Heard, Mr.D.Venkatachalam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Ashaiq Ismail, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent. Perused the materials on record. 4.(i).The petitioner joined service as Assistant Professor in the respondent's University on 18.03.2010 and he has been working for the past 13 years. The petitioner is a Executive Member of the Madurai Kamarajar Professor Association.
(ii).At the instigation of then Registrar one Sadasivam, the petitioner was attacked on 16.02.2023, as a result of the tussle, which happened within the class room. Following which, the petitioner lodged a complaint with 2/5
Nagamalai Pudukottai Police Station, which resulted in registration of Cr.No.57 of 2023, against the known persons for serveral offences. As a counter blast, another complaint in Cr.No.61 of 2023 before the Nagamalai Pudukottai Police Station was registered against the petitioner. The petitioner surrendered before the learned Special Judge for SC/ST Act Cases on 30.03.2023 and remanded to judicial custody, as a result of which, he was suspended from service with effect from 30.03.2023, by order, dated 03.04.2023 for being detained in judicial custody beyond 48 hours in Cr.No.61 of 2023. (iii).Even after passage of more than three months, the said suspension order has not been revoked so far. Hence, the petitioner made a representation to the respondent seeking revocation of his suspension on 24.06.2023, the same was not considered. Assailing the same, the present writ petition came to be filed.
5.Without going into merits of the case, this Court is hereby direct the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 24.06.2023, in accordance with law, within a period of six (6) weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
