ORDER
By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
2.Heard, Mr.J.William Christopher, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.Saravana Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.
3.The main grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner is serving as a Pastor in St.Xavier Church, which is under the management of Roman Catholic Arch Diocese of Madurai and that on 14.09.2020 around 7.00 p.m. while prayers were going on in the Church, some unknown persons hurled petrol bomb on the wall of the Church and escaped from the scene of the offence. His further contention is that on account of the above said incident, the petitioner with his men started fencing the Church and the respondents 3 and 4 and some other identifiable persons came over to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

4.Mr.R.Saravana Kumar, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents contended that the petitioner has submitted two representations one dated 19.11.2020 and another dated 24.11.2020 and that both are pending for passing orders. 5.Without going into the merits of the case projected by the petitioner either in his representation or in the affidavit, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the representation, dated 24.11.2020 submitted by the petitioner and pass necessary orders in accordance with law and on merits, after giving due notice to the respondents 3 and 4, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
