ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner seeks removal of excavated soil from her patta land to another patta land, which also belongs to him. The second respondent is the authority competent to grant permission. The second respondent has sought report from the third respondent. Immediately after receipt of report from the third respondent, the second respondent shall pass appropriate order on the petitioner's application. This exercise shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
