2. The petitioner wants the obstruction made in S.No.1179/6 to be removed.

3. We direct the second respondent to ensure that what has been classified as pathway in the said survey number will be maintained as such without any obstruction. At this stage, the learned counsel for the sixth respondent submitted that he had only put up a gate and nothing else and that he himself would remove the same. This undertaking is placed on record.
