ORDER

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the first respondent to survey his properties situated in New Door Nos.13 & 14, Old Door No. 972 in Old Town Survey Nos.1749/3 and 1750/3, New Town Survey Nos.1749/A and 1750/A in Srirangam Municipal 1st Ward South, Srirangam Taluk, Trichy District, within the time stipulated by this Court.

Heard the arguments of Mr.I.Velpradeep, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.Kishore Ram, learned counsel, who takes notice for the first respondent and Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the second respondent. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. According to the petitioner, the subject property was allotted to his share in the compromise decree passed in A.S.No.1101 of 1995 on the file of this Court. The petitioner submitted an online application on 18.06.2025 seeking survey of the property. The same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the second respondent would submit that the petitioner produced only receipt for payment of charges and he has not produced the online application seeking survey of the property.

5. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the petitioner is directed to produce the acknowledgement card for submission of online application before the first respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on production of the acknowledgement card, the respondents are directed to consider the online application of the petitioner and pass final orders on its own merits within a period of eight weeks thereafter, after issuing notice to the petitioner, neighboring land 3/6

owners and other interested parties.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
