3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side)would submit that the respondent police has completed the investigation in Crime No.54 of 2018 and filed final report in C.C.No.435/2018 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli.

4. Hence, at this stage the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become dismissed as infructuous.

5. In the result, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
