ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to effect rectification and restoration of the computerized records in the Sub-Registrars Office at Aranthangi with regard to the wrong uploading of the deeds dated 12.06.2003 bearing registration Nos.1599 and 1600 as per the originals.

2. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the official respondents to consider the petitioner's representation and to conduct an enquiry after issuing notice to the petitioner, and thereafter, pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of four (4) weeks the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
