O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to grant permission to the petitioner to conduct Cricket Tournament scheduled to be held on 31.08.2019 to 02.09.2019 in UDC College Ground, situated in Vadakku Kattur Village, Thiruverumbur Taluk, Trichy District.

2. By consent of both parties, the main Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) takes notice for the respondent.

4. The grievance of the petitioner is that seeking permission to conduct the Cricket Tournament scheduled to be held on 31.08.2019 to 02.09.2019 in UDC College Ground, situated in Vadakku Kattur Village, Thiruverumbur Taluk, Trichy District, the petitioner made a representation on 19.08.2019 to the respondents and the said representation was not considered so far. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed for the aforesaid relief.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.08.2019 and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law, forthwith.

6. The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
