PRAYER: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of certiorari to call for the records of the 1st respondent in IA No.5 of 2019 in TNSE No.03/2018, quash the order passed therein in dated 30.12.2019.

ORDER

It is reported that this writ petition has been filed by the management as against the interim order passed by the 1st respondent appellate authority dated 30.12.2019. This court has not granted any interim order and therefore, the main appeal itself has been disposed of by order dated 22.11.2021. This final order is also challenged before this court in WP(MD)No.4251 of 2022. Therefore, the learned counsel for the petitioner requested to list this writ petition along with WP(MD)No.4251 of 2022.

2.Since this writ petition is filed challenging the interim order, this writ petition is closed with a liberty to the petitioner to raise all the grounds in WP(MD)No.251 of 2022. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
