We have heard Mr.S.Titus, learned counsel on record for the petitioner and Mr.S.Ravi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

2. It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the detention order, passed in Detention Order No.38 of 2024 dated 13.07.2024, by the second respondent, had been revoked by the Advisory Board vide G.O.Rt.No. 6116, dated 02.09.2024.
