ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

2. The petitioner had constructed two godowns for the second respondent. However, his bills have not been settled in full. Seeking payment of the balance amount, this writ petition has been filed.

3. The respondents seek twelve weeks to clear the balance amount.

4. Recording the said submission, the respondents are directed to pay the balance amount to the writ petitioner within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If at the end of twelve weeks, the balance amount is not paid, it would carry interest.

5. The Writ Petition is allowed on these terms. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
