ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the charge sheet in C.C No. 118 of 2020, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Manamaduai.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that the learned Judicial Magistrate, Manamadurai, after completing trial in C.C.No. 118 of 2020, has passed a judgment on 07.10.2021, acquitting the accused under Section 248(1) of Cr.P.C.

3.Recording the said submission, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
