Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to retain the petitioner at Tharuvaikulam Government Higher Secondary School permanently in the available vacancy to the post of Post Graduate Assistant (Commerce) by cancelling the deputation as put forth by the representation dated 12.05.2025 within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

The writ petition has been filed for the issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to retain the petitioner permanently at Tharuvaikulam Government Higher Secondary School in the available vacancy to the post of 'Post Graduate Assistant (Commerce)', by considering and disposing of the petitioner's representation dated 12.05.2025, within the time frame stipulated by this Court and by cancelling the deputation referred to therein. 2/6

2. Heard the learned counsel for the parties. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, although several grounds have been raised in the writ petition, it would suffice if this Court issues a direction to the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.05.2025 and pass appropriate orders thereon, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4. Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.05.2025 on its own merits and in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3/6

5. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
