Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.U.MOHAMMED ASLAM, Advocate for M/S.AJMAL ASSOCIATES, for the petitioner and of Mr.R.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent and Mr.N.MADHAVA GOVINDAN, Advocate for the intervenor, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time to comply the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.6242 of 2022 on 14.02.2023.

2. Inspite of repeated direction to the Registry to print the name of the learned counsel for the intervenor in the cause list, it has not been printed. The learned counsel for the intervenor is present before this Court and made objection to extend the time.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to comply the condition, since the petitioner is unable to mobilise the fund within the stipulated time prescribed by this Court.

4. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order in Crl.O.P(MD) No.6242 of 2023,dated 14.02.2023 is extended further for a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
