CRIME NO. 51 OF 2022. ... RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the Petitioners/Accused in Crl.OP. (MD).No.10688 of 2022 dated.16.06.2022.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.PALANI.V, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10688 of 2022, dated 16.06.2022. 2.On the side of the petitioners, it is stated that the petitioners are complying with the condition for the past 60 days and prayed the condition to be relaxed.

CRL MP(MD) No.9943 of 2022 4.In view of the above submissions, this petition is allowed and the condition already imposed on the petitioners, is modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to appear before the committal Court on every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
