2.Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation in Crime No.61 of 2020 on the file of the respondent has been completed and the same has been closed on 26.06.2022 as 'Mistake of Fact' and report to that effect was also despatched to the jurisdictional Court, ie., learned Judicial Magistrate, Devakottai.

3.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate legal action in this matter.
